the basics ,
isabelle kate sosa is twenty-four years old and a local here in rodeo. she most commonly goes by ellie and is the oldest child to thomas and moriah sosa. she has two younger siblings. ellie currently works two jobs to support her siblings after her parents were involved in a freak accident. however, all she really wants is to be a professional dancer. also, some say ellie resembles miss brenda song, but she doesn't see it.
the history ,
ellie sosa lived a pretty basic childhood. she was a part of a middle class family and her parents did their best to spoil their three children. ellie was always happy with that. she took dance lessons from a very young age, starting with ballet and tap dance and branching on out from there. ever since she was little, ellie knew she wanted to be a dancer. it was all she ever dreamed of.
but, in a town like rodeo, everyone knows it's impossible to become anyone famous. so, all through high school, ellie spent her time trying hard to get into the best dance schools in the usa for college. eventually, she succeeded. at eighteen, shortly after graduating, ellie left for new york city's julliard without second thoughts on leaving rodeo. in fact, she barely gave notice of her departure to anyone but her parents. she insisted it was easiest that way.
ellie spent the next four years at julliard. she worked hard on perfecting her dancing. once graduating from julliard, at age twenty-two, ellie was instantly offered a job in the city. so, rather than returning to rodeo, ellie stayed. she spent the two years following college in numerous dance productions and trying to help out at a local dance school. and, things were starting to look really good for ellie by the time she turned twenty-four. she was offered a contract to be a backup dancer on a famous dance show. it was all she ever dreamed of.
but, she had to turn it down. in a freak accident, ellie's parents both passed away. this left her two younger siblings with no one to look after them. so, ellie put her dream on hold. she hadn't seen her siblings in a long, long time. but, returning to rodeo months after her parents deaths, she took custody of her siblings from her parents' friends. now, she's back. and she's probably here to stay.
